Picture Day

Photography by Amy Nicole will be returning for a fifth year, holding appointments for individual, posed pictures at Aspire on Sunday, May 3rd! 

Dancers should register for a 5 minute time slot per costume.

If multiple costumes, dancers should register with at least 3 time slots between each shoot to allow for changing costume/tights/hair/etc.

All dancers will have 2 individual dance poses and 1 headshot for the first costume then 3 additional individual dance poses for every costume thereafter. Dancers select which costume they choose for their headshot and it should be worn as the ‘first’ costume.

All photos are delivered in an online gallery by email to the parents within 3 weeks of picture day.  Parents then have unlimited access to download, print, and share all of the pictures of their dancer!

SIBLING PICTURES
Dance sibling pictures are welcome and payment should be submitted as each dancer having 2 costumes.  Shoot will include 1 headshot of each dancer, 3 joint sibling poses with both dancers, and 3 individual poses of each dancer. Anyone wanting a sibling picture should reserve 2 back-to-back photo shoot time slots.

CREATIVE MOVEMENT, SPRING MINI SESH, & COMBO CLASSES
Dancers that would like poses in different styles but same costume (ie Creative Movement: Poses in ballet AND tap) should sign up for 2 BACK to BACK time slots if in CM or Mini Sesh. Dancers in combo class should allow one time slot between shoot for costume/accessory changes.

COSTUME, MAKE UP & HAIR
Costume, make up, and hair should be reflective of that used for stage. Make up should only be one shade darker than skin tone and heavy, everyday ‘street’ make up (think slightly heavier than work make up) should be used.

INVESTMENT
Your photography investment is determined by the number of costumes your dancer wears for their session. All payments include full, unlimited access to download, print, and share.

*Payment will be added to your dancer’s account balance through and must be paid on Studio Pro or via cash/check within 48 hours of shoot reservation in order to reserve your dancer’s photo shoot time slot.  (Any dancer using autopay with a balance on May 1st will have their payment processed to their form of auto pay.)
