Class Policies

For their safety and to prevent injuries, students more than 10 minutes late to any class will not be permitted to dance and asked to participate via observation.

All class placement is at the instructor's discretion.  Please contact the studio for details.

Dancers should use their age as of September 30, 2025 for age enrollment.
Dancers must be potty-trained to attend the Creative Movement class.

Class Absences

There are no refunds given for any students that discontinue taking classes after payment is received.

Any student that discontinues taking classes before December 20th is required to pay the remaining tuition through December in full; any student that discontinues taking classes after January 4th is required to pay the remaining tuition through June in full. Emailed notification to dance@aspiretodance.com is required for any dancer that withdrawals from classes.

Students with more than 4 unexcused absences between February and June, will be required at instructor discretion to attend private lessons, at standard fees, for each missed class in order to participate in the Spring Showcase.

Refunds are not provided for missed classes due to illness, snow days, etc; however, dancers may attend another class of a similar age/level as recommended by the owner as a make-up.
