If paying in 2 installments for camps, the first is due at enrollment, the remaining balance due the first day of the camp. If paying in 2 installments for classes, the first is due at enrollment, the 2nd is due by 7/15/24. If paying in full, make a one time payment for all classes, camps, workshops, and intensives. Use the 'Make a Payment' button TO MAKE YOUR FIRST PAYMENT after submitting the registration form. NOTE: All payments are final; no refunds are processed.

Tuition Policy *

I acknowledge that I have received and agree with the 2023-2024 Summer Tuition Policy available for print at the top of this form and as stated below: ~Summer classes are available in 6 or 8 week sessions. Dancers enroll in the same class(es) per session, either by attending all 8 weeks or selecting 6 weeks of your choice between 6/17/24-8/10/24. ~The first payment (non-refundable) is due at the time of enrollment. A $30 LATE FEE will be assessed for any second payments not received by July 15th, 2024. ~Minimum of 1st installment (non-refundable) is due at enrollment for all camps and intensives, remainder due the first day of camp ~There is no refund given for any students that discontinue taking classes or do not attend classes after a payment is received. ~$25 fee will be charged for all returned checks. ~Adult class cards are good for one year from date of purchase, are non-transferable, and non-refundable.

I understand that every effort will be made to insure the safety of students during participation in Aspire Dance Academy activities. I understand that there is an inherent risk in dance class participation and I therefore accept full responsibility for myself (and/or my child) in case of illness and/or mishap and release Aspire Dance Academy and the instructors of all responsibility. Aspire Dance Academy will not tolerate bullying. Should any incidents occur, dancer and parent must notify director immediately. I authorize the use of incidental photos of me/my child in Aspire Dance Academy promotional materials.
