If paying monthly, the annual $45 per student fee plus the first month's installment will be charged upon registration. If paying in full, the annual $45 registration fee per student will be added to your 9 month tuition total. VISIT 'Make a Payment' TO MAKE YOUR FIRST PAYMENT after submitting the registration form. ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NO REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED.

Tuition Policy *

I acknowledge that I have received and agree with the 2023-2024 Tuition Policy available for print at the top and bottom of this form and as stated below. I agree and understand that all payments are final and no refunds are processed. I agree and understand the Aspire Dance Academy's tuition policy states: ~A $45 non-refundable registration fee with student’s first month’s tuition is due at registration to secure position in class. Student's spot will not be reserved without payment. ~8 remaining tuition payments are due by the 5th of the month; A $30 LATE FEE is charged if not received by the 5th ~$25 fee for all returned checks ~5% discount on total tuition if paid in full via cash/check, 2% if paid in full via credit card at registration in Aug or Sept ~10 class card is offered for Adults (17+) for $190 for all adult classes. Expires 1 year from issue date. Non-transferable. ~Individual classes can be purchased by Adults (17+) for $25/class by making a one-time payment online ~There is no refund given for any students that discontinue taking classes after payment is received ~Any student that discontinues taking classes before December 21st is required to pay the remaining tuition through December; any student that discontinues taking classes after January 7th is required to pay the remaining tuition through May in full ~No Refunds on costume payments.

I understand that every effort will be made to insure the safety of students during participation in Aspire Dance Academy activities. I understand that there is an inherent risk in dance class participation/activities and I therefore accept full responsibility for myself (and/or my child) in case of illness and/or mishap and release Aspire Dance Academy and the instructors of all liability. Aspire Dance Academy will not tolerate bullying. Should any incidents occur, dancer and parent must notify director immediately. I authorize the use of incidental photos/videos of me/my child in Aspire Dance Academy promotional materials.
